Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)

Role : Sr.Manager-Legal

Reporting Relation: Head Legal & Secretarial.

Location : Mumbai

This newly created position would work as a deputy to the Head Legal and Secretarial being responsible for providing expert legal advice and services to the manufacturing/supply chain and commercial functions in the organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all legal work related to drafting and correctness of agreements & contracts with business partners, vendors, agencies.

- Provide expert advice and counsel to functions of Supply chain, sales and marketing on key statutory requirement- s,

- Compliances: Factory/industrial compliances. including updates on new amendments on acts, judgments etc that directly concerns a business situation faced.

- Supporting functional managers in dispute resolution with business partners or associates

- Setting up standard process and templates for legal documentation, representation in HC- s, forums, tribunals.

- Managing legal correspondence like legal notices and replies to legal notices.

Education and Experience:

- A qualified LLB from a reputed law college with at least 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience.

- The candidate should be working in the legal department of a company which has both manufacturing and commercial organizations and in a consumer products Industry

- The ideal candidate should have worked in an Indian company which is listed

- The candidate must have very strong oral and written communication skills as well as leadership skills and ability to influence and ability to independently drive initiatives.
