The company, has the mandate to invest in, take majority control, develop and operate projects in the Waste Management space. - The investment mandate covers Municipal Solid Waste, Industrial Waste, Construction &amp; Demolition waste, Medical waste, E-Waste, etc. Effective waste management and disposal would include fruitful utilization to convert waste to energy, construction products, compost, recycled materials, etc. With the government thrust towards the Waste Management Sector, the sector is poised to see rapid developments and offer timely business growth opportunity. Role : Sr. Manager Legal Reporting Manager : CEO Candidate Profile : - The candidate needs to be at least from the projects Industry preferably Infrastructure. S(he) may not necessarily be from Environment industry. - This is a middle management level appointment with 7 + years of relevant experience. This position will have a matrix reporting. Functionally the reporting will be to Function Head. - Should have worked closely with government bodies&amp; closely coordinated with them Key Responsibilities : - Providing end to end legal support in contracts management including drafting, review, negotiation and finalisation of the same. - Drafting Contracts/Agreements with Various local bodies or corporate (if any) - Proper documentation - eg, the documents that needs to be submitted to government should be vetted, filed &amp; then handed over to government - Spearhead departmental projects including those related to streamlining of documentation and contracting processes - Assisting &amp; handling RFP/RFE - Vetting all the legal documents before handing them over to external agency - Provide guidance on policy, process and SOPs in commercial/contracts, litigations, IP, compliance/regulatory work etc. - Deal with external authorities like Government authorities; External counsels/lawyers; law firms; third party vendors and suppliers. - Key interfaces - ULB (urban Local bodies) Skills/Qualifications/ Experience : - LLB/LLM from a reputed Institute - 7-10 years of Experience ; mostly in a Non Litigating Role &amp; Contracting role - Very High Attention to detail - Strong Interpersonal Skills - Great Articulation Skills - should have effectively manage Government side &amp; corporate side interface Those interested may apply or call on 8451801646 for more queries (if needed)
