Job Description: - Candidates should have good experience in Contract Management (All types). - Should have handled end to end negotiation. - Preparation of a variety of legal documentation including procurement and contract related activities. - Should have Specialist knowledge of purchase procedures, commercial-Incoterms and Import procedures - Understanding in formulating Manage contract review process between vendors and internal legal team and assist in contract negotiation with vendors enhancing the overall efficiency of the organization. - Keep the Management informed by circulating MIS of Litigation, Notices and Legal compliance. Further, discuss and suggest the proper course of action considering the legal risk involved in the issues - Having relevant experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
