Senior Manager - Legal - FMCG/FMCD

Job Description :

1. Handling various businesses relationships in terms of negotiating, structuring, drafting, reviewing & finalizing various agreements, MOUs, Letter of Intents, from time to time.

2. Advice and support on legal matters related to safeguarding of business interests

3. Flagging and highlighting the contractual or legal risks involved in new projects under discussion

4. Responsible for all legal contracts and commercial issues . 

5. Will play a major role in ensuring contractual arrangements with the stakeholders.

6. Ensuring all interests of the company are sufficiently safeguarded.
