Senior Manager- Legal Contract(NBFC)

Job Requirement:

- Law graduate i.e. LL.B. (LL.M. is a plus) from a premium Law School in India

- Having a 7- 11 years of total post- qualication experience in the Banking/NBFC/Fin- tech industry and/or law rms focussing on clients from Banking/NBFC/Fin- tech domain.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of all Commercial Laws and regulatory framework around the Banking/NBFC/Fin- tech industry, such as RBI Regulations, Outsourcing Guidelines applicable to Banks/NBFCs, Contract Act, Companies Act, IPR Laws, Information Technology Laws, Data Protection Law, Stamp and Registration Acts.

- Must have basic understanding of regulatory framework around other Techno-Commercial industries.

- Experienced in performing legal research and writing advisories to different stakeholders.

Must have

Contract Management, Legal Contract. Contract Drafting

Qualifications : LLB OR LLM

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- understanding the needs of assigned business units and forming business unit specific contracting standards

- Formulate and modify templates for general transactions in accordance with the business needs

- Reviewing contracts against established standards and negotiate acceptable changes, working from templates

- Converting business ideas into legal constructs most suitable for the commercial needs of the organization and expanding the constructs into comprehensive contracts keeping in mind commercial and legal risks

- Reviewing and redlining contracts and other transactional documents received from other parties, and aligning the same with the organization's objectives
