Key Responsibilities: - Preparing Minutes of Board Meeting and General Meeting of all the Group Companies - Complying with the Companies Act for all the Group Companies - Complying with FEMA and FDI Rules - Review, Drafting and Vetting of various types of Agreements - Advising on various legal aspects affecting the company - Liasioning with the Consultants for various compliances under Labour Laws, Factories Act, etc. - Filing of RCMC and other Returns on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis - Arranging the licensing, certificates required for opening factories in different locations Role Proficiencies / Skillset: - Excellent knowledge of reporting - Attention to details & analytical thinking, problem solving attitude, good in communication - Leadership Skills - Team Management - Open to travel - Flexible with work timings - Excellent knowledge of Laws and Secretarial Compliances - CS and LLB Qualified About Us: Gemcorp Recycling & Technologies Pvt.
