A law graduate and qualified company secretary with 10-15 years of post qualification experience as below 1. Excellent knowledge and working experience in Indian laws and legal system, international business law and procedures. 2. Very good knowledge and working experience of Indian company law/ commercial law/ tax law/ Banking law/insurance law/IPR law. 3.Preperation of contracts pertaining to property, license, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights, tender documents, handling arbitration matters and civil suits . 4. Preparation of MOA, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor contracts, etc.
