Senior Manager - Legal - Auto Ancillary - LLB/LLM

1. Job description : 

i) General Corporate and Regulatory advisory,

ii) Advisory on the provisions of the Company Law,

iii) Hands on handling the Private equity,

iv) Mergers & Acquisitions,

v) Independent transaction Management in Mergers & Acquisitions and Due Diligence.

vi) Drafting and Negotiating the Contracts and Agreements.

vii) Acquisition and Joint Ventures.

viii) Preparing Official Agreement,

ix) Financing and security documents, Lease deeds and Licence Agreements.

x) Prepare Operating Agreement / Management Agreement.

xi) Engaged in negotiating, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, Lease agreements, third party vendor agreements and other agreements

xii) Drafted, reviewed and negotiated various commercial agreements including Service Agreement, Franchise Agreement, Lease deed, Leave and License Agreement, Software license Agreement, Non- Disclosure Agreement, Redistribution Stockiest Agreement including all other agreements focused on Customer Development
