We have a position of Sr.Manager/Manager-Retail Leasing for one the leading organization of India.

Designation: Senior Manager/Manager

Location: Kolkata

Purpose Of the Role:

- To plan & lease vacant retail and F&B areas in the assets and maximize ancillary revenue

- To meet & exceed the Business Plan leasing numbers of retail spaces

- Lease lifecycle management & Tenant relationship management

- Formulate zoning plan and brand/category mix based on target customer segment, market positioning of the retail portfolio.

- Responsible for all leasing functions, including site visits, making commercial proposals, reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

- Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team.

- Handling of client meetings and site visits to apprise them on micro level site information.

- Collating inputs on local market conditions, competition, business trends, potential challenges and working on strategies to counter such challenges.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, demand supply etc.

- Build & Maintain relationship with IPCs/local brokers for lease transactions.

- Ensuring timely renewals of tenants' lease and completion of documentation.

- Act as a liaison between tenants, in-house personnel, counsel, consultants and brokers to negotiate, prepare and review commercial proposals/LOI/Lease deeds/Maintenance agreements.

- Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.

- Oversee completion of all necessary lease and other onsite documentation and ensure proper customer service.

- Understands lease language and is comfortable with drafting and reviewing commercial leases, letters of intent and other lease documents.

- Represent the company in a professional manner and attend networking events to secure new business contacts.

- Oversee internal lease review process.

- Maintain a tracking database of all portfolio leasing matters.

- Build pipeline for future supply through BD activities

- Collaborate and drive outcomes through internal stakeholders like Legal, Finance, Operations, Projects, Design, Compliances.

- Own & manage existing tenant relationships

- Timely & accurate management reporting
