Job Responsibilities - - Contribute to formulating the learning strategy both Short term and Long term. - Contribute to design and development of Leadership Development Programs. - Contribute to design and development of behavioral programs. - Make a calendar and drive these programs in coordination with Regional HR / HR BP. - Provide input for Talent Management ABP - Design and deliver behavioral learning programs for employees - Facilitate and execute Talent Management initiatives as per organization objectives - Facilitate Campus Recruit lifecycle right from manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training till confirmation - Partnering with business for their learning needs and execution of the same - Negotiate the professional fees of trainers and consultants for behavioral programs
