One of the leading infrastructure is looking our for Senior Manager Hr (L&amp;OD)domain. - To drive upon the existing leadership development programme. - To insure training needs are identified and met across the organisation. - Drive OD initiatives as and when required by organisation Deliverable : - Diagnose organizational requirements - Design &amp; develop systems and processes to drive business alignment and efficiency - Annual performance appraisals ( Process guidelines, education, review, reporting ) - Career path &amp; succession planning frameworks and system (Example: Career paths for a function to be maintained / updated with inputs from HRBP to take care of structural or role changes). - Assist the CHRO &amp; CLO on succession planning and management for top 100 roles. Review the effectiveness of existing TMD systems and processes and continuously improvise. - Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles. Major Challenges : - Incumbent needs to appreciate the business priorities of the company and industry and design and deliver appropriate skills development solutions. A good understanding of key roles across functions. - Needs to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Learning &amp; Development in order to manage different stakeholder expectations and goals - Needs to be aware of the innovative training methodologies &amp; best practices to enable capability development and competitive edge. Key Competencies : - Change Management - Program/Project Management - Stakeholder Management - Ability to influence and impact - Collaboration and consulting ability - Design Thinking Education Qualification : MBA in Hr from top B-School reqd . + Btech (Civil,Mechanical,electrical) Work Experience : 5+ years experience reqd. post MBA +&nbsp;Pre MBA experience of 1 year is mandatory in the engineering domain.
