Looking for a Sr Manager - L&D for an IT/Telecom client to be based at Delhi / NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be involved in a diverse array of L&D initiatives targeted at internal customers.
Initiatives include:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through various methods available
- Drive training interventions and participation in business level initiatives
- Manage training budget
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
- Experience in designing or working on Competency Mode, draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Leverage technology in making L&D programs relevant for global team
