Responsibilities : - As Senior Manager HR for the entire division, you will be responsible for handling &amp; managing all L&amp;D and HR operations related activities. - Partner with the leadership of the BU to identify &amp; implement training &amp; talent management interventions. Well networked with L&amp;D consultants/vendors to set up all L&amp;D related activities in the division. - Work with the team of the BU to resolve tactical &amp; strategic people related issues. - Be the primary point of contact for employees in the BU and address employee queries &amp; grievances. - Implement all the HR initiatives seamlessly, like compensation cycles, incentive administration, performance appraisal &amp; budgeting, structuring compensation and benefit packages. - Adept at all HR Operations including, talent acquisition, employee retention strategies, attrition management etc. - Supervise HR Operations and HR Admin related work. Skills required : - Excellent knowledge and network for complete ownership of the L&amp;D function along with HR Operations. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Very high on integrity.
