Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Management Consulting Firm (5-6 yrs)

The Company is a US based Management Consulting firm offering services to consumer packaged goods, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, retail and technology, and the financial sector.

They are looking for a Senior Manager L&D with 5-6 Years of experience working with an MNC or who have spent 2 years in consulting + large corporates in L&D roles.

A ideal candidate would be someone with experience in Designing & Delivering Training program, Designing Presentations, Vendor Management, Managing Stakeholders at leadership level. He/she will be looking after Mid to leadership level roles. The person should be able do Talent Assessment, Analysis and narrow down on various assessments. Should have experience in implementation of programs.

This is a Mumbai based role.

Ideal day looks like :

- Lead end to end implementation of Leadership Development Programs/ Journeys

- Insighting/ Trends Analysis/ Needs analysis from multiple data sources leadership assessments, interviews, MIS files, performance reports, surveys etc

- Support intervention ideation & design of modules, content

- Research on leadership frameworks, concepts, tools, industry practices, assessments, partners

- Support partner evaluation through initial screening based on competence, industry feedback

- Manage budgets, payments, empaneled partner/ vendor relationships

- MIS Data Management & Analysis

- Process management for LMS
