Looking for a candidate with experience of Learning and Development from Retail, Luxury sales, Retail Operations, Hospitality only POSITION PURPOSE: - To take ownership of enhancing the competency levels of employees PAN INDIA, through varied, effective training solutions. - To design and deliver highly customized training programs for enriching sales and soft skills aligned with the vision and business goals of the organization. - To continuously enhance the quality of service offered to the customers through the organization. - Build a standardized & consistent customer handling process across the organization. JOB PROFILE: - Responsible for trainings and development of employees as per business requirements - To deliver soft skills, behavioral, customer handling and retail sales trainings to employees at the organization - To develop uniform code of conduct across all the organization (India/Nepal) w.r.t handling customers - To conduct in person effective induction and orientation sessions of the new joiners at all the organization - Raise the organization executives in every aspect to depict luxury standards and train them to provide luxury customer handling experience at every touch point. - To prepare training SOP's as per guidance from vertical head and L&D head. Adhere to the finalized SOPs - Understand and learn all the organization operations in order to design relevant, effective training and orientation programs for employees - To customize and design content for various training programs as per business objective - To do the stipulated no. of On Job Training sessions with the organization employees every month. - To work closely with the organization Head and L&D Head to design and implement new L&D strategies - Prepare training calendar and plans for the upcoming month / year. Share regularly with stake holders - To maintain records of daily plan vs achievement and share with stake holders regularly - To monitor and review the progress of trainees as a part of training implementation - To ensure implementation of quality training programs through pre and post-tests, role plays follow-ups on implementation plans etc - Keep self-updated with latest training trends, developments and best practices - To prepare required MIS and share with stake holders as per predefined frequency - Meeting all qualitative objectives FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (HARDWARE): - Proven success as an effective trainer - Expertise in traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the- job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Track record in designing and executing & self - delivering successful training programs - Excellent in spoken and written communication skills - Experience of conducting retail sales and customer handling training programs at different levels for showroom employees (mandatory) - Experience of conducting soft skills/behavioral programs like time management, planning, process orientation, customer handling, body language, business communication etc. - Experience in content development and module creation PERSONALITY TRAITS (SOFTWARE): - Ability to understand and connect with diverse people - Excellent oratory and inter-personal skills - Ability to take ownership - Passion for bringing a positive change in people - Drive and stamina to conduct trainings and take new challenges proactively - Highly focused & result oriented - Ability to listen and quickly understand what other person wants to say - Setting examples for others - Articulate speech - Engaging people positively - Leadership Skills - Quick learner and receptive to feedback - Ability to convince - Solution providing approach
