We are currently retained by a leading disruptor in the Logistics space for hiring an L&D Enthusiast.. The role is with a technology based multi category last-mile express logistics platform, where technology is used to drive supply chain solutions, serving 300+ cities.
Please note people with matching qualifications and past experience of working with a leading Ecommerce/Retail/Logistics player would be preferred.
- This is an exciting role where you would be leading L&D and building a competency and learning framework ecosystem for all training initiatives. The role would provide overall leadership for training of employees across levels.
- The person would need to be a strategic L&D thinker, an excellent implementor and someone who takes pride in working with people at different levels & across businesses.
- Research and recommend new learning and development practices, methods and technology available in the market.
- Maintaining close contact with external consultants, publishers and organizations to keep information up-to-date.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- To fit this bill you must have excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills and be passionate about helping people learn and grow.
- The person will be required to rethink of what is needed from the organization perspective and build the same.

Key Results Areas include, but aren- t limited to the following:
- Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Design, deliver and outsource as required - E-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- End to end Learning and Development cycle management- learning needs lead generation
- Training Needs Analysis, conversations with stakeholders, rolling out the learning calendar, training delivery and management, aligning trainers
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with concerned vendors
- Source, hire and oversee training and Learning and Development Specialists
To fit this role you must have:
- You must be an MBA -HR from a good B-School with minimum 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven people management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and team handling abilities
- Can multi-task efficiently and deliver consistently
- Great problem-solving skills and out of the box thinking
