Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Leadership Training - IT/ITeS

Role Summary:

Senior Manager responsible for grooming leaders as well as behavioral training to senior Management at Chennai for a 3000 employee base. 

- There will a 3 member team reporting to, 2 soft skills trainers and one behavioral trainer for Mid Management. 

- The role will involve delivering at least 8 class room sessions in a month as well designing content for the same.

- The company has homegrown L&D team headed by a Director who has established a Leadership Academy which follows world class standards in training for Senior Level. 

- The role will offer freedom in training delivery and creation of modules, the company has an in house Leadership Academy which is very successful.

Education: Additional Certifications relevant to L&D mandatory from renown organizations

PG in HR preferred, pedigree organizations

Experience: From IT and ITES industry preferred.
