Senior Manager - Learning & Development/Leadership Development (12-20 yrs)
- Experience in Leadership development, coaching and training.
- Leadership, management & professional skills development.
- Design, develop and Deliver immersive learning programs
- Experience in formulating L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities
