Senior Manager - Learning & Development - IT Solutions (8-10 yrs)

As a Learning Partner, you will own the learning journey right from diagnosis and support to delivering end-to-end learning requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a purposeful and productive learning culture through the design and delivery of high quality, innovative, and agile blended learning experience
- Lead specific talent and learning initiatives and projects across different teams
- Continually evaluate and assess the impact of learning processes, ensure the accuracy of data for dashboards and evaluate efficiency
- Partner with the Finance Team and HRBP to ensure appropriate allocation of the learning budget
- Resolve differences by determining needs and suggesting practical solutions that benefit stakeholders
- Communicate across all levels of management and staff with effective launch communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with MBA/ PGDM
- Overall experience of 8+ years and minimum 4-5 years managing L&D (preference to Startups/ Fintech/ Consulting/ Product companies)
- Ability to coach & network
- Strong project management & communication skills
