Heading the Learning and Development for Chennai Location which is Head of APAC region operations of a leading MNC in ITES, publishing and KPO processes.

Job role:

1. Behavioural Training for all levels including leadership upto VP, role will be more oriented towards Leadership training delivery

2. Content creation ability for behavioural training

3. Certified from renown organisations such as Dale Carinege

4. Postgraduation in HR a must

5. Excellent Communication Skills

6. Exposure to Entire Training Function from Training Need Analysis, understanding business goals, finding out the gaps, creating specific training modules, delivery as well train the trainer skills, Planning, budgeting, setting the training calendar and ROI of training

Role will reporting to Head of Training and aligned to global Leaders. The employee strength it would cover will be more than 3000 employees.
