- Planning & executing the Standard - Review and creation of Organization wide training
- Creation and publishing of standard Learning path based training calendar
- Mapping and monitoring of training
- Delivering upto middle management training programs identified undergone by employees as per learning to be delivered internally paths
- Managing programs that are to be managed In House by empaneled trainers Delivering Training Programs basis specific
- Managing nominations to external / business needs over and above the standard
- Identifying the training needs and engaging stake holders to fulfill the training needs.
- Rolling out the Pre-work as applicable
- Execute Post Training program participant engagement as per program plan
- Support Organization - Support specific OD initiatives undertaken in Developmental Initiatives organization
- Co-ordinate with Talent Management team
- Development initiatives by means of identifying partners, training and Potential employee training needs/ learning plan facilitation
- Training Content Development Learning Need / Learning Path Identification
- Content Development for training programs
- Description: Developing Training program PPT, Participant Guide & Facilitator Guide based on the Learning needs Identification / Coordinate with Digital learning teams on
- Learning Path content to be customized for e learning & Class room training initiatives
