Sr. Manager - Learning and Development Job Specification :&nbsp; 1. The incumbent will be responsible to drive the agenda of leadership capability building within the Group. This would include the end to end ownership and management of the leadership process, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external knowledge partners. 2. Determine training needs of employees, prepare training calendar &amp; organize training schedules in collaboration with the function Heads, managers &amp; individual employees. 3. Develop &amp; Implement specific leadership workshops and interventions to improve Organizational effectiveness. 4. Monitor, track &amp; evaluate actions to ensure that the identified developmental plans are implemented 5. Evaluate, Identify and partner with training providers/vendors to implement training &amp; OD programs and services 6. Ensuring that all training materials and process documents are current in keeping with the Company's on-going changes in business processes and policies. Desired Candidate Profile: - MBA from a Premium B School. - A minimum of 5+ years in Learning &amp; Development or leadership development is essential - Ability to operationalise &amp; implement plans - Ability to communicate and influence peers and leaders - Good Communication skills
