Senior Manager - Learning & Development - FMCG - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD/SIBM (4-8 yrs)

Primary Purpose of Role

The role holder will be responsible to support business priorities and initiatives by leading the L&D function. Will be accountable for the design and delivery of full L&D cycle with the aim to maximize efficient use of resources and closely work with the People and Functional Leaders for L&D interventions. Align the L&D strategy to cater to in-house capability building.

Role Responsibilities

- Full-time MBA in HR (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM)

- 4-6 years of experience in the field of L&D

- 2-3 years of experience in leading teams and projects will be an asset

- Certification as a qualified L&D Trainer from a reputed professional organization will be an added advantage

- Define the strategy and resources needed, provide the policies, rules, processes and procedures to the BU & align global and zone in the learning processes

- Develop the brand & drive success through Learning Management System

- Approve the guidelines for LMS initiatives as well as the LMS learning budgets in order to ensure effective utility

- Develop the BU LMS strategy that will support all functions enabling the development of the functional/ leadership core skill sets of the employees

- Propose and manage the Learning & Development Budget

- Maximize the Learning and Development investment focusing on high impact for the company and the needs

- Collaborate to deliver the best Learning and Development programs in each Excellence Program

- Partner with People and Business leaders to support development needs with an understanding of established policies and procedures

- Plan learning and development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom learning, demonstrations, on-the-job learning, role play, self-study, meetings, conferences, and workshops 6 Improvement

- Identify new methodologies, suppliers, partners, programs, systems, etc. in order to improve the people, management and university Pillars as well as the learning process of the employees

- Act as a strategic partner in order to support the BU and its implementation projects
