Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance. He/She will monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends. Working in the L&D vertical with the ultimate objective of creating a learning ecosystem. The incumbent will have to think out of the box to conceptualize unique and engaging solutions for different types of employees in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.

- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

- Manage with the team to ensure execution within the training budget.

- Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.

- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their specific needs, and customizing training programs accordingly.

- Identifying and project managing the implementation of a Learning Management System.

Professional Experience/ Qualification :

- Proven work experience as a Training Manager.

- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

MBA/ Master Degree.

- Certification and experience of coaching, NLP and psychology will be an added advantage.

- 7+ years' of relevant experience as a Trainer.
