BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 12 or more years of relevant work experience in sales management and/or operations in a large multinational retailer or consumer electronics environment
- Bachelor's degree and Tier 1 MBA preferred
- English language proficiency required.
- Experience in selling consumer products
- Experience in retail with consumer electronics or high-tech products will be an added bonus
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities - Ability to deliver both tactical and long-term priorities
- Good understanding of retail sales, account management & distribution. Roles &
Responsibilities :
- As part of the senior leadership team, he/she will provide strategic input and direction to short and long-term business strategy.
- Create and drive long-term Devices strategy for online sellers and offline retailers.
- Sets and communicates goals and objectives across multiple teams; Owns annual unit, revenue and growth objectives for all offline retailers.
- Defines and leads strategic business initiatives that enable customers to leverage multiple products, increasing engagement and commitment.
- Managing a high performance cross functional team;
