Our client is one of the best captive in India . It has more than 2000 folks in their Bangalore office who support the firms global expansion in terms of Technology, analytics and operations . This is a high end KPO, with excellent focus on talent, culture and career development

Key Result Areas :

We are looking to identify a Senior Manager Leadership Development

The role will anchor :

- Leaders from CXO-2 and upwards . There is someone else who takes care of the rest. So this role effectively is for building current leadership and developing a succession line

- Strong and proven results running a successful Leadership and Development function

- Development Needs Assessment

- Managing Development Budgets

- Understanding each person's unique - career/ Leadership journey and aspiration

- Design of Training & Development interventions

- Coordinating and Executing

- Deep understanding of how to effectively partner with business leaders to understand, analyze and draw insights from business needs for skills assessments and then translate into plans and team roles.

- Assessment of Development Interventions Efficacy and/or ROI

- Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence with the ability to partner well cross-functionally and cross-culturally to identify learning needs, build consensus, influence a broad range of internal audiences and do what's right for the business

- Strong, dynamic, self-starter with the ability to thrive and chart a path forward in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Someone who is aware of the latest L&D trends and innovations - like Gamification, MOOC and Personalised learning


We need someone with :

- We would prefer someone from a midsized firm who is hands on and has created and executed a leadership development policy/ strategy, rather than being a cog in a large wheel

- Atleast 11 years experience and a Masters or 15 years experience post a Baccalaureate

- Exceptional Engagement & Communication Skills

- Consultative approach - Information collection, Diagnosis, intervention design, "sales" of development initiatives to the stakeholders and assessment of efficacy

- Shares the belief that strong leaders transform lives 

- Finds the intersection between individuals- career goals and organizational goals to develop people to be their professional best

- Seeks and values differing perspectives as a way to strengthen outcomes Innovator's Mindset
