Senior Manager - Leadership Development - Automobile (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Work with the COE lead to design Leadership Development Solutions (grounds-up) and build organization interventions that foster change & learning.
- Translate business goals into coherent learning agenda that encompasses individuals, groups and the larger organization
- Develop frameworks and content for leadership development as well as for other capability building modules
- Construct and administer mechanism/forums/tools that enable assessing effectiveness of interventions
- Manage governance aspects (reporting, communication and dashboards) for various initiatives
- The role will call for a specialist focus (keen understanding of how learning happens, organization development and leadership theories), analytical reasoning (crafting hypotheses, identifying cause and effect linkages) and action orientation (translating ideas to activities, reviewing progress and being hands-on)
- The ideal role-holder will be open to possibilities and newer approaches that help achieve business objectives
- The ideal role-holder will be enthusiastic about developing solutions from a clean slate
