Senior Manager/Leader - Testing COE - IT Captive

Position: Sr Manager & Leader-Testing COE (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- This is a leadership role

- Should have experience in setting up/ running/ working in a Testing COE in a senior role

- 14+ yrs of overall experience with 3+ yrs of experience in a senior role for a testing delivery unit

- Manage a portfolio of QA projects involving testing of Banking/Financial Services Software

- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their QA needs, create QA Delivery strategies, create a plan, execute the delivery plan

- Provide leadership in stakeholder interactions in testing areas

- Provide Technical Leadership in Testing related areas

- Team Management

Requirements:

- 14-18 yrs of overall experience with 3+ yrs of experience in a senior role for a testing delivery unit

- Should have experience in setting up/ running/ working in a Testing COE in a senior role

- Extensive experience in Testing, especially in a Big Data environment, preferably in the BFSI domain

- Experience in managing a team

- Test Management and planning and Delivery management experience

- Understand testing requirements and drive the development of application testing strategy

- Should have extensive experience in Automation Testing/ Selenium, etc.

- Good written and oral communication skills
