As a member of the Talent Management Function, the role holder(s) will have a combination of the following responsibilities (some or all):-
- To Program manage Leadership Development Programs
- To identify and deploy an agile performance management framework that provides a clear linkage between business unit goals and leadership/senior management goals.
- To work closely with Business and Functional leaders to define clear performance metrics including acceptable and stretch performance norms for their respective teams, that impact business outcomes, thereby helping establish a culture of constructive accountability in all business units.
- To facilitate Goal setting / revision of Goals as required by business needs and ensuring compliance across levels.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in HR from an Institute of repute (TISS, XLRI, MDI)
Work Experience:
- 4-8 years overall experience in the following areas of HR:
- HR Business partnering involving very close partnership with Business and Function Leaders in problem solving, driving change - a hands-on, Execution oriented Consultative approach.
- Exposure of having worked in HR Consulting companies with direct Customer interface on HR systems implementation or transformation projects of any nature.
