Senior Manager/Lead - Supply Chain Management - Fresh Food & Staples - Retail (8-15 yrs)
Positionv: Sr. Manager and SCM Lead-Fresh Food and Staples (Leading Retail Company)
Rolev:
- Manage the whole Supply Chain function for the Fresh food and Staples category
- Responsible for Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Procurement Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, etc. for the fresh food and staples category
- Manage opertions at the collection centres and cold storage facilities
- Daily Monitoring of Loading/Unloading, arrival quality check, sorting/grading, lot management, dump clearance, Cold storage management and also look at 3PL service provider's activities
- Freight analysis, transport management for Vehicle requirements at Collection Centres, Mandi and other sourcing areas
- Manage team
Requirements :
- MBA with 8+ yrs of experience in supply chain operations for the fresh food/ staples/ fresh fruits & vegetables category
- Preferably should have worked in a Retail/ QSR/ FMCG company handling these categories
- Should have good knowledge and experience of Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Procurement Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, etc.
