Note: Candidates from marketing agencies who have worked in scaling up the online traffic through organic SEO strategies will be preferred for this role Responsibilities: - Managing and executing the implementation of SEO strategy for the organization - Managing a high-performance SEO team to enable and drive SEO growth - Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. - Developing a roadmap strategy for improving the rank in search engines and online traffic - Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in order to meet SEO goals - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to assess strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats - Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development Required Skills: - Strong understanding and hands-on experience in SEO - Strong analytical skills required - Experience working with popular keyword tools, analytical tools, reporting tools, etc. - Team management skills Good to have skills: - Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems - Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a high growth atmosphere - Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and point
