Program Manager - HCM IT Lead

- 5-10 years of IT experience including team leadership experience required Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS Modules)/Oracle HCM Cloud HRMS

- Implementation as Integration Manager/Lead 3-5 years techno-functional experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for human resources, Taleo, Goals, Succession, employee benefits, talent management, attendance management system, BOT.

Description :

- Managing the full project lifecycle, business case preparation to product finalization, Project planning, implementation and project closure.

- Co-ordination with cross-functional/technical team for application support, upgrades and regular patching activities.

- Knowledge and hands on experience in managing Oracle HCM including but not limited to the modules Global HR, ORC,OLC Goal and Performance Mgmt., Business Intelligence, Social, Workforce Compensation, Talent Review and Succession, Employee BOT, Helpdesk, with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing support .

- Demonstrated skills to gather document requirements, provide expertise to analyze business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements. Ability to draw out requirements from SMEs and end-user

- Assist business in addressing their most complex challenges by maximizing the performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes

- Focus on driving efficiency of the HR function through the implementation of technology packages

- Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to create functional designs and to provide developers with support

- Supports gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, business needs, best practices and competition (Business)

- Knowledge of the HR function and processes

- Liaison for HR Systems between the business and technology, to translate tactical and strategic objectives into workable IT solutions

- Good experience in working with Oracle, Attendance Management system, payroll system and BOTs and custom applications.
