Our client is a technology consulting major with a strong footprint across the world:
The incumbent for the role will be leading the HR function for India location overseeing:
- The end-to-end HR strategy for the country impacting a highly intellectual/high-in-demand tech workforce
- HR COEs like talent development, talent management, HR strategy, C&B, and Performance Management
- India compliance and statutory requirements
- Employee engagement and employee retention
The ideal candidate should come with:
- 10+ years of experience in a technology, consulting, and fintech firm with a strong command over HR processes in a strategic manner
- Exposure to global companies and understanding the complexities of working in a matrixed structure
- Should come with a high executive presence and a warm personality
