Senior Manager/Lead - HR Generalist - Day Care Chain (8-15 yrs)
Job brief
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department.
Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. Knowledge of Labor regulation and compliance is a must.
Responsibilities
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Prepares employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Review departmental budgets
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees- requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager/LeadHR or a similar role
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
