Senior Manager/Lead - Enterprise Risk - BFS (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Support the management team in establishing an Enterprise Risk Management Framework and defining the risk posture for the organization.

- Identify current risks and potential risks impacting the company. Assess, mitigate, measure, monitoring and report the identified risks according to company's enterprise risk management framework.

- Ensure that the organization's risk management policies and practices are in compliance with regulations.

- Conduct periodic product and process reviews to manage inherent risks effective and recommend risk mitigation plans/ controls to stakeholders and ensure implementation

- Identify and escalate internal and external systemic risk issues/emerging trends and implement appropriate preventive detective controls.

- Facilitate Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and Internal stress tests and take appropriate actions on the results of such assessments.

- Design and maintain risk management tools like Key Risk Indicators, Early warning Signals, Key Risk Area assessment, loss trend analysis and support Board Risk Committee reporting.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management capabilities of the organization.

- Advance risk and control awareness through training, sharing of best practices and case studies

Requirements

- Deep knowledge of business processes in retail lending in banking or NBFC.

- Work experience in core risk management areas like Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Credit Risk or Market Risk in a retail environment. Good understanding of risk management tools and practices.

- Highly developed facilitation skills and analytical skills. Ability to build & leverage relationships across the organization.

- Detail oriented, proactive, ability to deal with ambiguity and adept at solving unstructured and complex business problems

- Excellent skills in data visualization, analytical tools and business communication

- CA / Masters degree in Finance/Economics/Business Management or related discipline
