Senior Manager/Lead - Digital Marketing - Real Estate (14-18 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Devise & execute the digital strategy to build the brand (by leveraging social media presence, ORM, website) and generate business for the brand
Principal Accountabilities:
1. To create and manage the P&L for the digital Business and increase the digital contribution to revenue
2. Work closely with the brand team to identify target audience on-line and create marketing content (across all mediums) for each launch and design relevant campaigns to achieve business
3. Work with cross functional teams to coordinate and convert digital leads into bookings
4. Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost the brand awareness and engagement rates for the brand
5. Achieve business targets at targeted CPL, by managing the organic/ in-organic lead-generation mix
6. Plan & execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, email & SMS and display advertising campaigns to ensure lead generation for the brand/ projects activated
7. Managing team members, training and guiding them
8. Brainstorming with internal and external stakeholders
Functional Competencies:
1. Understanding of digital advertising networks
2. Leadership reporting
3. Understanding cross functional expertise of pre-sales and sales
4. In-depth knowledge of google analytics, webmaster (search console), google and FB media console, Programmatic, Affiliate platforms
5. Thorough understanding of Digital media planning, buying and tracking

Qualification
- Bachelor (2004-2005)
- Master's in business management (2006-2007)
Experience
- 14 years of relevant experience managing complete digital planning & execution for a 100Cr.+ brand
- Real Estate / Telecom/ E-commerce/ FMCG category experience
