Skills and Competencies :
Functional Essentials :
1. Experience in secured retail lending product while secured lending is must have- affordable is good to have
2. Call Centre management/Exposure to telecalling distribution model
3. High on Energy
4. Analytical bent of mind- job entails campaign management exposure
5. Leads the Cross Sell agenda for with P&L responsibilities
6. Leads the initiative to optimize the opportunity of Cross Selling HL/LAP products to the 75L strong franchisee of the Fincorp organisation
7. Plans the overall product/policy proposition for the Cross Sell base
8. Works with the Call Centre execution team on Campaign Management, Process flow designs, Technology platforms, Telecalling productivities, Data/Lead ratio delivery on one side and the Pan India sales team on the end to end funnel of Lead/LogIn/Sanction/Disbursal of HL/LAP products.
9. New opportunities/initiatives across the financial services organisation to cross sell HL/LAP products through multiple physical/digital touch points
10. Running BT programs/Pre-approved campaigns on the expansive customer franchise of the financial services business of group
11. Owns the top and bottom line number for the Cross Sell business.
12. Head Office position based out of Delhi

1. Extensive exposure to call centre campaign management
2. Sales team management exposure
Qualification : MBA from top ranked colleges
