Senior Manager - Lead Auditor - Food Testing

Job Description:

- Conducting Food Safety Audits in various Food industries/ organizations for ISO 22000, ISO 9001:2008.

- IRCA certified Lead Auditor training for FSMS/ISO 22000.

- Conducting Plant Safety & Risk Management assessments

- Conducting safety audits and training the staff members & operators for these audits.

- Should Have experience in Auditing Food Industries like Big MNCs, Hotel Groups etc.

- Conduct the testing of food samples using a variety of food testing methods (BIS/ IS) in the laboratory and produce results using complex and sophisticated instruments.

- Co-ordinate sample reception, evaluating and completion of requested tests and finalizing the final test reports. Liaise with internal and external customers on a daily basis regarding the submission of samples. Assist with quality audits including equipment calibration, competency skills, method validation and quality control.

- Manage daily operations and activities within the lab. Budget and control in order to ensure financial sustainability and rapid growth of laboratory.

- Pro-actively develop and implement new methods, procedures and technology in to the laboratory that will reduce costs, reduce waste, increase throughput, lower detection limits, etc.
