Senior Manager II - Last Mile


Flipkart Health+ is a new startup within the Flipkart Group. It has the best of Flipkart culture along with the vision to redefine the healthcare services by taking consumers/patients first approach. We want to improve the overall health of our patients/customers across regions within India by solving for accessibility, quality and affordability of healthcare services in India.

We are building a team and systems ground up and are looking for people who are passionate about healthcare problem statements and willing to work in a start-up mode to build the superlative experience & innovative services for Indian users/patients across different touch points in the health management journey.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Role - Senior Manager II - Last Mile

Location - Bangalore

What you'll do :

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

- Ensure compliance with local laws

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions

- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits

- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

What you'll need :

- Educational background -MBA with 7+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion -

- Highly analytical and detail-oriented -

- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category -

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Proven people leadership skills - Must be willing to learn -

Mandatory Skills : Excel proficiency, supply chain knowledge, proficiency with numbers, stakeholder management, strong written and oral communication

Desirable Skills : Prior experience of other functions of supply chain
