Title: Senior Manager - Knowledge Management

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Head of Knowledge Management.

- Devising and implementing knowledge sharing frameworks and strategies, managing change management, innovation, and co-creation programs.

- Managing large global knowledge sharing, change management and innovation programs.

- Initiate and head the org-wide Knowledge Management initiative and be the single point of contact on matters related to Knowledge management, sharing and collaboration

- Work with leadership team to lead the creation of the KM vision, goals and strategy at a Business Group level, leveraging the perspective and requirements of Business Group leadership and determining priorities and goals for Business Group content areas

- Work on the Knowledge Management Model, its process review and implementation

- Lead and mentored the Learning & development team in order to ensure the knowledge/skills enhancement needs of the organization are met

Experience

- Post Graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in Knowledge Management.

- Hands on experience of working on various Knowledge Management tools like SharePoint, CMS, etc.

- Excellent Stakeholder management skills, communication and presentation skills

- Strong Project Management/ Change management skills.
