Sr Manager - Key Accounts

Strategic Alliance/KAM Manager - Edtech

Job Responsibilities/Roles :

- Responsible for developing existing partnerships for the company's line of products

- Evaluating the benefits and disadvantages of each association for Imarticus' products

- Central view on all external alliances across academia, corporate and government

- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and conducting in-person meetings

- Contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting

- Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Skills :

- 5+ years of experience, with experience in an Alliances & Partnership role

- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships

- Experience in product-based company will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills to handle ongoing conversations and alliances

- Must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction

- Has demonstrated multiple use cases of critical thinking and problem-solving techniques

- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally to support ongoing partnership efforts
