Position Overview:

Specific Knowledge/Skills required:

- UG/PG in business, engineering or related discipline with at least 12+ years solid recruiting experience in IT Product organization

- Good exp in digital tools and automation in recruitment

- Recruitment experience in IT Product organization is preferred

- Exposure in Leadership & niche skill hiring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The purpose of this role is to effectively plan and deliver the talent needs of Technology vertical.

- The incumbent in this role will liaise with senior stakeholders & work with the function leadership and respective managers in acquiring fit for purpose talent for the open requirements.

- The role would include creating a recruitment plan, sourcing through the most appropriate channels, recruitment data management, reporting and analytics using recruiting tools and talent mapping to meet the recruitment targets in a timely and proficient manner.

- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand current and forecasted business talent needs and hiring targets for designated business units.

- Drive the identification of talent pools and pipelines by mining candidate databases, tapping professional networks, leveraging social media and deliver exceptional candidate profiles to designated recruiters based upon job specifications and hiring goals.

- Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using varied sourcing tools.

- Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by sourcing talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.

- Share best practices, industry & market intelligence data for senior & critical skill hiring in strategic business planning.

- Proficient in Product/Technology hiring skills e.g. AWS, Cloud, Big data, Python, IFRS-17, Testing, DevOps, Service Now, Tableau, Kofax, UI/UX, Mobile Technologies and Java / Dot net etc.

- Experience working on recruiting tools like workday, people fluent, Taleo or SAP
