Senior Manager - IT Projects - KPO

7.5 years of work experience in Data Management, non-voice process KPOs. Experience in e-commerce content based processes will be an advantage

- Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop

- Should have experience in managing a large team (80 - 150 members)

- Should have exposure in interacting with clients, especially overseas clients

- Should have very high levels of ownership along with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently

- Ability to get hands on, along with great problem solving attitude

Role Description :

- Detailed understanding of each and every part of the process

- Lead, motivate and train team members to ensure high efficiency and quality

- Execute projects himself/herself while getting the team also to execute

- Continuous monitoring of project execution to ensure they are delivered as per planned timelines

- Ability to communicate (written and orally) project specific doubts and issues with the client
