Job Description:

- Hands-on proficiency (4-5 years) on hardware / embedded and integration

- Should understand Hyper V, Backup procedure, AWS infra setup

- Should have strong knowledge of Office 365 (Managing and securing email, proactively inform users and mitigate risk in case of any mass level spamming or phishing)

- Work as part of the team and as an Individual contributor to deliver on key projects

- Responsible for coordinating projects communications, including compiling project information for reviews

- Assumes full responsibility for overall success of a project through deployment

- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors

- Able to guide team in case of any contingent situation arises in IT Infrastructure

- Must be able to manage the Software licensing and compliance part

- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle

- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress

- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

- Managing and utilizing resources across projects

- Managing stakeholder's communication

- Good knowledge and handling of the project management methodology and techniques

- Identify issues and resolve remotely where applicable

- Collaborate with Tech Ops Lead to align technicians where necessary to resolve issues as per TAT defined

- Ensure monitoring of digital screens and it's uptime

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure screens are working

- Monitor the uptime of the screens

- Setup operations for repair & maintenance of these screens

- Should be an issue identifier and solutions provider for the company

- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
