Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

- Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.

- Strong Technical skills in Windows Servers and Windows 10 OS

- Strong technical knowledge on Active Directory server, DHCP / DNS server.

- Sound knowledge of Windows patching solutions like SCCM, Manage Engine etc.

- Worked on various antivirus solutions like McAfee, TrendMicro, Windows Defender etc.

- Knowledge on endpoint security products like Disk encryption and DLP.

- Worked on virtual platforms like Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix etc.

- Worked cloud infrastructure platforms like Azure, AWS etc.

- Good knowledge on network devices like switches, routers and firewalls.

- Should have knowledge on voice products.

- Strong knowledge on IT Compliance and should have exposure on ISO audits, SOC and HIPPAA audits.

- Responsible to do documentation of all processes.

- Knowledge on IT budgeting and vendor management.

- Knowledge on ITIL process. Worked on ITIL helpdesk tool and is responsible to motivate the team to achieve the defined SLAs / KPIs.

- Monitor the status and work towards resolution against the defined SLA's of all in scope open tickets and service request

- Experience on Asset inventory tool, maintaining inventory for the deployed assets, Asset lifecycle until release of assets for scrap
