The objective of this role is to engage with partner ecosystem through timely review of service quality and communication of expected service quality and involve in new partner engagements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures and adhere to the terms and conditions of the partnership agreements, including service level agreements, and ensure that each partnership maintains its regulatory compliance - Ensure contractual and commercial obligations are met and that all relationships are successfully designed, managed, and governed with the appropriate level of oversight; - Produces appropriate management information in line with agreed SLAs, including KPIs and monthly performance reports; - Conduct governance reviews as defined in partner agreements/contracts and ensure closure of actionable - Establish new contacts with partners - Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions - Creating an environment where differences of opinions can be voiced and conflicts are resolved amicably - Fostering respect, trust, inclusiveness and openness in partnership - Ability to highlight the risks in partners that may convert to organization risks - Provide support in audits and monitor the closure of observations KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS : - Proven track record in partner management - Strong individual with the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels - Excellent attention to detail with good verbal and writing ability - Ability to coordinate lots of information in a matrix management structure Certification : ITIL, COBIT Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have) : - 8+ years- experience in IT Processes designing, documentation and maintenance - Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24x7 support - Vendor / Partner Management skills Technical Skills and Capabilities (Secondary - Nice to have) Certification : ISO 27001, ISO 22301
