Senior Manager - IT Design & Development

A multinational beverage corporation urgently requires professionals for the role of a Senior Manager, IT Design & Development for their Bangalore location. The incumbent is expected to have minimum 15 years of work experience. The role will be reporting to National Head IT Design & Development.

The candidates can be from IT sector having built experience and delivered business solutions for FMCG industry in the area of sales & distribution, SFA, Mobility solution and other business processes.

Core Responsibilities :

- Understand Functional User Requirements with strong analytical skills to provide IT solutions

- Take lead to provide enterprise mobility solution from initiation stage till implementation

- Designs, develops, codes, and tests complex programs using Microsoft latest tools & platforms to provide business solutions

- Work closely with development team to do / get build tasks

- Strong in writing large Stored Procedures, Web Service, ETLs to manage complex business logic

- Debugs & corrects complex existing solution programs

- Enforce & improve coding standards through code reviews & reusable code writing

- Anticipate, identify & articulate problem areas and work with team to resolve

- Application & Database server management IIS & SQL

- Work with a high degree of independence on projects contributing to both design and development

- Holds regular status meetings with internal functional users

- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Technical Skills Required :

Web application development using Microsoft technologies -Visual Studio 2012, ASP.Net, Java Script, AJAX, C#, HTML 5, .Net framework 3.5 and higher, SQL 2008 & higher versions
