Job Purpose : Manage IT audits requirements for Internal Audit department of Adani Group. To support internal audits of Adani Group companies ensuring qualitative and effective assurance on risk management process. Responsible for design & execution of systematic audit of IT processes relating to Operations to ensure that timely identification of risks, monitoring of risk mitigating controls / actions are carried out in a cost effective manner. Key Accountabilities : 1. Understand key business drivers of relevant business processes and become an integral member of risk management assurance team in Internal Audit department (Management Assurance & Audit Services). 2. Support various Sector Heads (SHs) in engagement level planning. 3. Carry out conclusive risk based analysis, insight and recommendations on the overall risk management process and its effectiveness. 4. Provision of regular, timely observations, insights and advice to support SHs on internal audit/risk management / operating efficiency matters. 5. Carry out IT internal audits (in-house and co-sourced) in line with the Internal audit strategy and process 6. Track closure of reported risks though appropriate management actions on audit observations 7. On-going review and monitoring of company's existing and proposed systems, processes and controls 8. Coordinate and manage outsourced IT audits to reputed third party internal audit firms.
