Senior Manager - IPR & Patent - Agro Chemicals Manufacturer

Role: Senior Manager - IPR (From Pharma or Agro Chemical Industry Only)

The Company is engaged in the business of agrochemicals, industrial chemicals, chemical intermediates and specialty chemicals. The Company's segments include Agro activity and Non-agro activity. The Agro activity segment includes the manufacture and marketing of conventional agrochemical products, seeds and other agricultural related products.

The Non-agro activity segment includes manufacture and marketing of industrial chemical and other non-agricultural related products. It offers fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, plant growth and regulators, rodenticides, industrial and specialty chemicals, and nutrifeeds. The Company sells its products in approximately 120 countries.

Major roles and responsibilities expected from the incumbent :

Freedom to Operate Analysis : Review of recipe proposed by R & D, Review of critical patent and provide circumvent strategy.

Patent Pre-screening report, Patent Portfolio: Identify blocking patents, Design IP strategy for blocking patents and identify patent filing opportunity.

Business Development Support: Collaboration with business group and identify business opportunity from IP perspective

Should be well experienced to handle team of 3- 4 patent specialist, Sound Technical Knowledge, well experienced to handle FTO projects, desire to have patent filing knowledge
