Experience: 6-12 years

Education: MBA from tier 1 Institute/ CA preferred

Job description

- Provide strategic input for business development and acquisition opportunities

- In-depth review of the financials of the company under consideration

- Develops and implements specific hedging strategies for various regions to maximise profits and minimise price volatility.

- Conduct the due-diligence of the asset under consideration and highlights potential risk areas

- Ensure compliance with company's financial, risk, and strategic objectives

- Conducting in-depth research, monitors portfolios, reports development and monitors business growth.

- Prepare financial models and recommend strategies for highest return on investment.

- Negotiation of the deals

- Prepare and monitor post-merger integration and review plans.
